How to Ship a Package

Get your package ready.
Well-preparation will get your shipments to where they’re going safely and seamlessly.
Ensure the item can be shipped and not listed in the UrShipper Standard Prohibited Commodities.
Pack your items in a sturdy box to make sure the package arrives intact, and leave no empty space to keep it cost-efficient.
For shipping small items like fashion products, you can request free poly-mailer supplies from UrShipper.
You will need to know the dimensions and weight of your package, so you can get an accurate quote easily using the Rate Calculator at UrShipper Shipping Dashboard.
Create shipping label online.
Use UrShipper Shipping Dashboard to create a printable shipping label from your computer or your phone.
When creating a shipment, provide the Sender’s and Receiver’s names, phone numbers & emails, and addresses completely and accurately. Keep in mind that shipping to a PO Box, APO & FPO address is not allowed.
Provide complete descriptions of each type of item in your shipment (in English), along with the quantity and value, as well as the dimensions and the weight of the package.
Print and attach your shipping label to the package. If you don’t have a printer, you may write down the tracking number on your package with a marker.
Drop off or request a pickup.
Once your package is labeled or marked properly, it’s ready for handover to UrShipper.
You can drop off your package at UrShipper Office during business hours (Mon-Fri : 9am-5pm), or simply send the package by Gojek, Grab; or any other local courier.
Or for your convenience, you can request a pickup by contacting us through Contact Form. A surcharge of 150,000 IDR per 10 kilometers applies per requested pickup.
Important Notice:
Please do not make any payment yet until your package has been accepted by UrShipper and until you get an invoice we sent to your email. Rates shown at the booking are still estimates and may be different than the actual charges for your shipment. Differences may occur based on the actual weight & dimensions of the package confirmed by UrShipper.

Our team will process your shipment as soon as it arrives at UrShipper facility.
We’ll reconfirm the weight & dimensions of your packages, confirm the actual charges, and we’ll send the invoice to your email.
We’ll prepare the international waybill and customs documents, and will get in touch with you if there’s any additional information needed.
Your shipment will be dispatched as soon as all necessary information is completed and the payment is confirmed/received.
