Back in 2017, we ran our own Shopify store and faced all the same shipping headaches many Bali brands still struggle with today. We wasted time filling out the paper forms and waiting in lines at the post office, figuring out shipping rates manually, and many times ended up with a loss from unexpected hidden fees.
So we start dreaming about a shipping solution we wish we had.
UrShipper started as a scrappy idea and has since grown into a full-service shipping platform trusted by hundreds of Bali brands, artisans, and eCommerce merchants. We believe you shouldn’t have to become a logistics expert just to grow your brand globally.

UrShipper didn’t start as software—it started as survival. We began helping other local sellers manage their international shipments—and soon we realized we weren’t alone in this.
What if we could turn all those international shipping headaches into something simple, automated, and paperless?
That’s when UrShipper became more than just a service. It became a platform. We launched the Beta Version of UrShipper Shipping Platform in January 2021.
